At Shilpi Plaza, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of product delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

  • The product must be in its original condition

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or discounted offers

  • Customized or altered products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or wear

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact Us page within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, further instructions will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our policy.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Final Decision

Shilpi Plaza reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request after inspection of the product.
